This is probably one of the first antique kilim in black and white flat weave. The wool is very thin and the motifs are very complicated, especially in the middle, this sort of flat weave was used for two purpose: cover on the bed, but also they sew it on the sides until a sack, for carring home on donkey or horse or to bring the food from the market. Because of its age and being used, its worn out.
